Roses can also available in other colors, please specify alternate color desired in the "special requests" field when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate. During the week prior and the day of Valentine's Day, we can only provide red roses.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The customer service was outstanding they went above and beyond my expectations. The flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. The flowers look just like the picture and advertisement. I have ordered flowers from many places and sad to say I was very disappointed in the flower arrangement. I highly recommend this company . I would give them a 10 for outstanding and excellent customer service and product .
